But because they don't have my purchase on record.

I tried reaching out to NCH for help, but they made me get an issue ticket and, by the way, people who have paid for the software get first priority. I plugged it into the system the same day it was generated! And now, on top of that, I am having a hard time trying to figure out how to get my money back from Amazon (update - I can't!). It was only after a few uses that I started to get pop-ups telling me that my "free trial" was expiring, would I like to purchase the software? It took me awhile to figure out that there was an activation code that came with the download link (super small print, easy to overlook) and then when I used the code to get a "registration code" which I then needed to register the product, I was told that the code was outdated. Once the download link came, I downloaded everything without issue and thought I could just start using the equipment. We purchased a home recording equipment and bought this software based off recommendations from Amazon users. But what good is useable software if you can't access it?!!! Try sending some instructions with the link? The ONLY reason the software gets any stars at all is that, when I could use it, it seemed to work fine. Software companies make the mistake of thinking that everyone who buys their products are super computer geeks who understand how everything works.
